Synesthesia is a brain anomaly that occurs in a small amount of the population in which the synapse in the brain fire along the wrong channels. This leads to musicians essentially being able to physically see music. They tend to be represented in colors or feelings. One famous item of this that everyone knows is the song “Purple Haze” by Jimi Hendrix. He felt that the key that he wrote it in, E minor was purple. Some musicians take this to a new level and paint the colors that they see. This is mine. It was drawn to the the song “War, What is it good for?” by Edwin Starr.
